The Challenges Program

Based on the Harvard Business School case study method, Rubin entrepreneurs are assigned to teams, visit alumni-owned businesses, and collaborate with teammates to solve a business dilemma posed by the owner. Challenges may include a proposed expansion plan, 新的产品线, an advertising campaign, or a marketing idea.

In the crucible of their deliberations, 辩论, 和讨论, students must decide the best answer to the challenge. Teams compete on behalf of charities and donate 80% their cash prizes, a great combination of competition, 创业, 和慈善事业.
